Returns
We strive to always provide the best product and to fulfill orders correctly and completely. If you did not receive the correct item, please contact our team at orders@puryette.com to correct your order. We ask that you check your package and inform us of any missing or incorrect items within 14 days of receiving your package.

After 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Bottles with broken seals will not be accepted as refunds and no credit will be given.

Please contact us at orders@puryette.com for all returns or exchanges. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we shipped you the incorrect order.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, please check your bank account or credit card again, including pending transactions.

If you’ve done this and there is no transaction or pending transaction for the refund, please contact us at orders@puryette.com to trace your refund.

Discount items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (e.g. a spray nozzle that won't spray.) Please contact us at orders@puryette.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases of manufacturer defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable and this will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
